How our care works
Arranging personal support should be straightforward, thoughtful, and reassuring. Discover how we connect you or your family with compassionate, reliable assistance in the comfort of your own home.

1. Reach out and connect
Getting started is as simple as giving us a phone call or leaving a message with your contact details. We will respond promptly to understand your unique situation, what support is required, and your preferred dates and times. Whether you need hospital recovery support, elderly companionship, respite care, or light household help, we listen carefully from the very first conversation.

2. Tailored matching and planning
We take time to match the right support person to your needs, lifestyle, and scheduling. Whenever possible, we also consider language and cultural background to make connecting natural and comfortable. We kindly ask for bookings to be made at least 3 days in advance, giving us the time needed to prepare thoughtful, high-quality care tailored specifically to you.

3. Dependable care with heart
Led by Sari Russell, a registered sole trader (NZBN 9429052097867) based in Cromwell, Central Otago, our care is grounded in years of real, lived experience. We turn up on time, listen with empathy, and treat everyone like our own family. Trusting someone in your home is deeply personal, and we honour that trust with patience, warmth, and steady reliability every single day.
